About the role

The base salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000.
It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.

The Apparel Designer I supports Design team initiatives across Product, Color, and Merchandising Design for outerwear and sportswear apparel and accessories, adult and kids.
This role keeps the design process efficient and organized, working cross-functionally from concept through execution.
They support early-season ideation through sketch and tech pack execution, partnering with stakeholders to align with line planning and merchandising needs.
This role also manages design documentation and files to ensure accuracy across teams.
Ultimately, they help bring the brand's design philosophy to life - creating products with high-quality fit, function, form, and fabric rooted in an authentic mountain lifestyle.
the Designer I shares concepts, themes, and aesthetics with Product Development and cross-functional partners throughout the product lifecycle.
