About the role
- The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking our first ever Director, Strategic Growth.
- On a small team, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help translate emerging opportunities into structured business cases and actionable initiatives.
- The Director will work closely with leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Operations to move promising concepts from idea through validation and into scalable offerings.
Responsibilities
- Assess opportunities to determine where LHW has a strong opportunity to deliver value to members and create long-term strategic and/or commercial impact.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate both direct revenue opportunities and initiatives that enhance the overall value of LHW membership.
- Lead the incubation and pilot design of selected initiatives to test market viability and operational feasibility.
- Up to $500 travel credit that supports and encourages our employees' passion for travel
- In 1928, 38 independent hoteliers came together to create LHW.

- Ability to apply structured evaluation frameworks to assess opportunity viability and scalability
Skills
- Apply enterprise evaluation frameworks to assess strategic fit, member value, scalability, and revenue or broader strategic potential.
Compensation
- $160,000 - $190,000
- Target Annual Incentive bonus: up to 20%
- Salary is determined by individual candidate's skills, experience, and location.
