Responsibilities
- Lead Programs: Drive end-to-end delivery of advanced battery systems for wearables from concept and feasibility through design, validation, manufacturing, and launch,
- manage tradeoffs, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
- Plan & Execute: Build and maintain schedules, map dependencies, manage risks and proactively clear roadblocks
- Communicate: Provide clear, tailored updates on progress, risks and strategy to executives, engineers, and partners.
- Ensure Quality: Drive testing and validation of battery performance, reliability and safety standards.
- 10+ years experience in NPI Hardware development build and test cycles
- Align Teams: Bridge sourcing, hardware, firmware, software, product, science, manufacturing and quality disciplines; manage tradeoffs, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
- Experience working with product, engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, compliance and regulatory to author requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Advanced PM tool proficiency (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and ability to optimize workflows.

- Proven track record shipping innovative products with custom battery systems (wearables preferred).
