  • First and foremost, we hope to introduce and nurture a joyful relationship with each instrument for our students, setting them up for a lifelong love of music.
  • Instructors may draw on classical training or music choices that reflect student interests.
  • While teaching theory and technique, our instructors emphasize the importance of fun and the student-teacher relationship.
  • We love to welcome professional, practicing musicians to our program and can offer flexibility in regard to performances and tours.
  • Offer recitals as planned by the After School Music Program manager Communication:
  • Effective communication with the After School Music Program manager and the After School staff.
  • Timely and supportive communication with students, parents, and caregivers to foster a strong partnership with families
