About the role
- You'll work hands-on with product and platform teams to integrate these approaches into real-world systems, and help scale the most impactful ones through close collaboration with our Developer Platform team.
- This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy experimenting with new tools, solving practical engineering challenges, and mentoring peers in applying AI to everyday development.
- Apply AI-assisted development techniques to real-world product and platform challenges - such as code generation, test creation, static analysis, or dependency refactoring.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and developer platform tooling.
Skills
- Love experimenting with AI tools and applying them to real engineering challenges.
- Enjoy translating early prototypes into production-ready, maintainable systems.
- Care deeply about code quality, developer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and experience delivering production systems across complex codebases.
- Demonstrated success using AI tools to improve engineering productivity, such as:
- Workflow orchestration with frameworks like LangChain, MCP, or similar pipelines
