About the role
- Boston Dynamics is a world leader in mobile robots, tackling some of the toughest robotics challenges.
- For years, our awe-inspiring viral videos on YouTube have shown the world what remarkably capable robots can do.
- This role will be second shift 2 pm-10 pm.
Requirements
- Experience with Maintenance and Repair Workflows.
- Proficiency in repair ticketing or issue management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, programmable loads, thermal probes.
- Experience with communication interfaces, e.g., CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C.
- Strong ability to multitask and change priorities quickly as needed.
- Experience working in a collaborative setting.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, and command-line operations in a UNIX-like OS.
- Familiarity with position encoder and force sensor technology.
- Experience working with robots and/or robotic systems.
- Experience with electric actuators and motors
- Experience with PCB schematic and layout software such as Altium
- Experience with PCB rework and cable assembly, especially technically difficult rework.
- This range represents a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is between $85,000.00 to $106,000.00 annually.
