Responsibilities

  • Liaise between City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, OB team members, External Contractors and Licensee, amongst others, to complete all onboarding requirements.
  • Manage space planning (Kitchen floor plan incorporating licensee FSE).
  • Manage building permits - major tenant improvements.
  • Ability to support multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years within commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, or F&B construction.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced environments requiring adaptability and initiative.
  • In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500B - $1T by 2030.
  • Source and hire drafters and project coordinators as required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 125,000 per year.
