- Executive Producer Position Overview The Executive Producer is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality production work across a range of pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production across a range of deliverables, including integrated campaigns (CTV, video, social, digital, experiential), photo and video shoots, KOL engagements, artist commissions, illustration, CG, and audio content (e.g., podcasts).
- Maintain oversight across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure production enhances and protects the integrity of the idea.
- Provide clear, practical guidance to support decision-making and alignment.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify, onboard, and manage freelance and contract production resources as needed.
- Develop and maintain production workflows that support efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally with account, creative, strategy, and media teams.
- Support development and management of project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage usage rights, licensing, and talent negotiations in alignment with project needs and budget parameters.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in creative production, preferably within an agency environment.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level (player-coach mindset).
- Experience navigating union and non-union production environments, with an understanding of associated requirements and implications.
- Working knowledge of production contracts, talent rights, usage, and negotiation processes.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-channel production projects from concept through delivery.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing freelance talent and external production partners within a flexible resourcing model.

Compensation
- $150,000 - $190,000 USD
- BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area.
- For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee's primary work location.
- Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
