Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations, customer service, service partners and shippers to bring resolution to lost or damaged freight.
- Manage the disposition process for "On-Hand" shipments and "Refusals".Complete all necessary paperwork and system updates within Roadvision.
- Manage relationships within assigned accounts.
- Perform routine duties with minimal supervision following standard practices or procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in customer service or logistics
- Proven track record in handling multiple task and problem solving when handling difficult customer issues
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with little to no oversight
Nice to have
- 2-year community college or vocational degree highly preferred
- High school diploma required
