About the role
- Establish channel governance and communication standards across platforms, with clear guidance on when and how to use each.
- Coach and prepare executives for internal moments, including talking points, message alignment, and delivery guidance.
- Navigate cultural and regulatory differences in communications approaches across North America, EMEA, APAC, and other key regions
Responsibilities
- Help define and own Moloco's employee communications strategy, leading the day-to-day of our global internal communications programs and evolving the function as the company scales.
- Partner with senior leaders on change communications, building clear narratives, toolkits, and cascades that drive understanding across a globally distributed team.
- Design and implement internal communications programs that connect employees across regions and reinforce culture and strategy.
- Collaborate on high-stakes internal communications: executive messages, company announcements, town hall remarks, and sensitive employee-facing content.
- Build measurement for internal communications effectiveness, tracking reach, clarity, and engagement to continuously improve how we communicate.
- Partner with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure new hires understand Moloco's culture, values, and story from day one.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of strategic communications experience with significant experience leading internal or employee communications at a high-growth or public company.
- International communications experience with demonstrated understanding of how cultural and regional differences shape employee communication.
Compensation
- For base pay range purposes, location-based compensation is grouped into the following regions.
- Salary Ranges:
- $216,000 - $298,000 USD
- $205,000 - $283,000 USD
- $194,000 - $268,000 USD
