About the role
- WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Product to help shape the future of health intelligence for millions of members.
- In this role, you will define and execute product strategies that improve health outcomes across key healthcare domains including women's health, cardiometabolic health, mental health, and preventive health.
- This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize an outcomes-driven product roadmap, balancing member value, scientific rigor, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Champion member needs through research, feedback synthesis, and data analysis, ensuring products deliver meaningful, engaging, and trusted experiences
- WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of shipping successful consumer-facing digital products
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and member insights to inform product decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence across teams
- The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, digital health, regulated products, clinical product development, or related domains
- Knowledge of healthcare product development considerations, including clinical validation, health data, regulatory frameworks, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), is preferred
- Expertise or strong interest in one or more areas such as women's health, exercise physiology, sleep health, nutrition, mental health, cardiometabolic health, or preventive care
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Passion for improving health outcomes and advancing WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance and healthspan
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
