Support the Maintenance Supervisor, in compliance with Porocel policies, organizational goals, and applicable regulations
Maintain/repair all plant equipment and machinery Baghouses, Calciners, Fans, Pumps, Tubs, Tanks, Conveyors, Belt Dryers, Mills, Screens, Bucket Elevators, Blowers, Mixers, Extruders, Activators, conveying systems, etc.
Maintain all tools, to be used in plant environment

Has a sound understanding of the maintenance history of the building, equipment, and other facilities to be maintained.

Must have at least a high school diploma/GED
Drivers License is required
2-3 years of Plant Mechanic Maintenance work.
Must have the ability to read and comprehend work and safety instructions and directions.
always wear your safety equipment (safety glasses, steel toe boots, hardhat, and earplugs) and any other PPE, as required.
Must have communication skills, verbal as well as written
