About the role

  • You'll become the voice of the customer (VoC), deeply understanding market dynamics and advocating for carriers' needs across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Build data-driven demand generation strategies for target segments, products, and services to grow share, volume, and profitability.
  • plan and optimize campaigns based on analysis and insights.
  • Lead product positioning and messaging, including naming/branding, to differentiate the portfolio and inspire action.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to develop integrated GTM plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Own market research and competitive intelligence
  • Drive launch readiness end-to-end with Product and Support, including testing, trials, and cross-functional enablement.
  • Partner across the organization to design and optimize customer journeys, triggers, and automations with relevant content to increase conversion, activation, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Product on onboarding and retention strategies, including technology and resourcing recommendations.
  • Lead through influence: identify issues, surface opportunities, and drive decisions with business stakeholders, leaders, and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have
