About the role
- Bally's Intralot is a leading provider of lottery, iLottery, sports betting, and digital gaming solutions, serving regulated gaming organizations across the United States and international markets.
- The role works closely with the CEO and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations, operational execution, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Ten (10+) years of progressive experience in customer relationship management, business development, account management, sales leadership, or related functions within regulated industries.
- Leadership experience in large customer environments, regulated industries, gaming, lottery, or technology services.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of customer relationship management, account development, stakeholder engagement and business growth strategies.
- Ability to understand lottery operations, gaming technologies, customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively multi-task a variety of projects.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of the rules, regulations and policies governing provincial lottery organizations, including OLG.
- Ability to effectively communicate with management, staff and Lottery personnel
- Ability to achieve objectives, adhere to standards, plan and prioritize work.
- Support training and onboarding activities for key customer accounts during implementation, transition and operational phases, as required.
