  • Work with clients to understand their vision and scope of the project.
  • Involved in the improvement of existing road infrastructure, ensuring its continued safety and efficiency.
  • Draft technical writing pieces such as Requests for Proposals, report writing, project specifications, and memorandums.

  • Seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead transportation design projects-including county and federal highways, municipal roadways, bridges, and construction administration in our local and surrounding community.
  • Analyze survey data, traffic patterns, and other relevant data to optimize road design and ensure functionality and safety.
  • Develop detailed plans for new roads, highways, and related infrastructure.
  • Leverage engineering design software to draft plans, drawings, and models.
  • Together, we take on challenging projects, support one another, and create opportunities to thrive.
  • 4+ years of US-based experience in highway and roadway civil design engineering for federal and state projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) professional designation required
  • Working knowledge of federal and state roadway regulations and processes

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or willing to obtain after-hire
