Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing clinical consultation, coaching, and support to clinicians across programs
- Support day-to-day operations of the Trauma Recovery Center and ensure grant compliance requirements are met
- Train, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed services
- Lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for clinical staff
- Analyze program data, identify trends and service gaps, and support quality improvement efforts
- Attend funder meetings and support ongoing program compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care and documentation
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience required
Compensation
- Base salary: $85,000 - $90,000
- $1,000 after 90 days
- $1,000 after six months
- Base Compensation Range
- $85,000 - $90,000 USD
