About the role
- You will report into Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering and work closely with Device Software and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Test development: Design and implement automated or manual test fixtures to support hardware validation and sustaining activities.
- Process improvement: Analyze RMA data trends to recommend design or firmware changes that reduce field failure rates.

- As an Electrical Test Support Engineer you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and long-term operation of our core hardware platform.
- In this role you will design and implement test fixtures, conduct component-level failure analysis on returned hardware, generate detailed FA documentation, and analyze RMA trends to drive measurable improvements in field reliability.
Requirements
- Core skills: Proficiency in debugging embedded systems and high-speed communication interfaces.
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA for bug tracking and Confluence for technical documentation.
