Responsibilities
- The Sergeant will support and emulate the mission, core values, and goals of Wentworth by providing a safe campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Supervise dispatch operations and maintain key control.
- Conduct and supervise investigations, maintain records, and approve reports and shift paperwork.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of law enforcement experience at the rank of police officer or above
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- Massachusetts POST certification
- Graduate of a Full-Time MPTC or Massachusetts State Police Academy (or equivalent)
- MPTC Instructor certification (CPR, Firearms, Defensive Tactics, etc.)
- Field Training Officer experience
