- The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22-$23 an hour.
- The schedule is M-F from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Answer in-bound pharmacy customer calls.
Responsibilities
- We help deliver care beyond traditional settings, making essential products and services more accessible through every stage of life.
- Establish and maintain patient profiles including lists of medications, insurance, billing, and provider information.
- Performs additional duties as directed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years pharmacy technician experience
- High School Diploma
- Resident State Pharmacy Technician License
- Ability to make outbound calls to customers and referrals as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

- Ability to answer hi-volume in-bound calls via an automated phone system
- Basic knowledge of insurance, pharmacy authorization, and billing
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
