- With over 5,000 acres in DFW, Billingsley has built 5 million SF of Commercial space, 550,000 SF of Retail, 9 million SF of Industrial, and over 10,000 units of Multi-Family.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily real estate accounting.
- Proficiency in Yardi is required.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of OneSite is a plus.
