Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ventilation systems, piping systems, chillers, and associated controls.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, job site, and tools.
