Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ventilation systems, piping systems, chillers, and associated controls.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, job site, and tools.
