  • Focuses on routine servicing, system checks, and equipment documentation to prevent failures and extend asset life.
  • Services air handling units (cleaning, greasing, oiling, filters, belts).

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and cleans equipment rooms.
  • Performs exterior campus lighting check.
  • Documents building equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
  • Relevant Skill Trade Functions (1 Year)

Compensation

  • $17.87 - $27.06 / Hourly
  • The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
