About the role
- The Project Management Associate (PMA) serves as the execution engine of the PMO, driving coordination, transparency, and operational discipline across engagements.
- This role enables Project Directors to focus on strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and delivery risk by ensuring that all project tracking, reporting, and day-to-day execution activities are managed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously update the integrated project plan and initiative tracker, ensuring accuracy across timelines, dependencies, and owners
- Track and manage milestones, risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring visibility and timely escalation where needed
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics and data analysis to support project insights, reporting, and decision-making
- Drive day-to-day execution discipline and accountability across workstreams, following up on deliverables and commitments
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to perform ad-hoc analyses and synthesize findings into clear insights
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and proactively drive tasks to completion
Requirements
- Experience maintaining project plans, trackers, and reporting tools with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in developing clear, concise, and executive-ready materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and ensure alignment on actions and deliverables
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Candidate must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

Compensation
- $85,000 - $115,000
