About the role

Responsibilities

- Strategic planning and solution design.

- Resolve cross-cutting issues, ensure alignment across stakeholders, and maintain visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Guide organizational change efforts to support technology adoption and operational sustainability.
- Oversee assessment, design, and implementation of scalable solutions.
- Identify systemic risks across the consulting portfolio and lead resolution efforts in partnership with client and internal leadership.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client executives, guiding long-term strategy and fostering client ownership of delivered solutions.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
