Requirements
- Proven sales experience or demonstrated success in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a consultative sales environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- Experience with lead generation and pipeline management
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques and closing strategies
- Certification or training in sales methodologies or customer relationship management
- Bilingual capabilities (a plus for our Portland market)
