About the role

Responsibilities
- Support daily production setup to align with production schedules and keep manufacturing operations running
- Build prototypes and make equipment recommendations for new products
- Collaborate with the process team to run tests, experiments, and data analysis that identify process improvements
- Collect and analyze process data, generate reports, and present findings that drive continuous improvement
- Provide technical support and training to production associates on standardized processes

Requirements
- Have an associate's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
Nice to have
- Speak Spanish (a plus, but not required)

- Bring careful troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Compensation
- $60,000 to $70,000 base, plus annual bonus
