About the role

  • Our Table Games Dealers will operate various casino games with precision, adhering to the highest standards of customer service, gaming integrity, and entertainment value.
  • SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Proficiently deal cards or manage gaming equipment for an array of table games, including but not limited to blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, baccarat, and more.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of the gaming table to detect any signs of cheating, irregularities, or suspicious activities.

Requirements

  • An in-depth knowledge of the specific casino games offered at the Rio Hotel and Casino, coupled with the ability to quickly adapt to new games and rules.
  • Must meet the age requirement for gaming employees in Las Vegas and hold any required gaming licenses or permits.
  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
  • Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
  • Must regularly lift and/move up 25 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
  • Ability to read and communicate with guests verbally in English.
  • Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
