Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop IMEG's Federal Proposal & Pursuit team by providing strategic direction, performance management, coaching, workload planning, and professional development for Proposal & Pursuit Specialists.
  • Serve as a member of the Federal Leadership Team, partnering with the Vice President of Federal and Federal Market Directors to establish pursuit priorities, develop capture strategies, and support Federal growth objectives.
  • Lead pursuit strategy for major Federal opportunities by facilitating kickoff meetings, developing win strategies, identifying differentiators, and guiding proposal planning from pursuit through submission.
  • Monitor and evaluate proposal performance, facilitate pursuit debriefs, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen IMEG's Federal pursuit program.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Client Executives, Project Executives, technical staff, and marketing professionals to support integrated pursuit planning and successful project capture.
  • Maintain awareness of Federal procurement trends, client priorities, and competitive positioning while representing IMEG at selected industry conferences and professional organizations.
  • Support the strategic management and continuous improvement of Federal qualifications, project experience, and pursuit resources to ensure the team is equipped for successful proposal delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Federal.
  • Partner with IMEG's Proposal Operations and Marketing & Business Development teams to ensure Federal pursuits align with enterprise proposal standards, compliance requirements, tools, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying opportunities to enhance Federal proposal performance.
  • PE, SE, and other license exam prep and support, with a clear path from EIT to PE

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Required Skills/Abilities
  • Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, co-workers, principals, consultants and other outside contacts No travel required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, or a related field required.

Skills

  • Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.

Compensation

  • State of California Salary Range $120,000-$160,000.
