About the role
- Programming can include engaging events, resident activities, welcoming new residents and acts of care.
- This role internally will be called Coordinator of Student Services.
- Coordinators get to partake in doing "business as a ministry" by faithfully weaving together excellence in business with loving their neighbors well.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports for the property management company
- Enhance online reputation by inviting residents to share online about their experience in the community
Nice to have
- Previous event planning experience
- Experience working within a budget
- Some relevant experience using social media
