About the role

  • The Patient Access Representatives are primarily responsible for completing an efficient and organized check in for the patients; ensuring throughput and customer service are top priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patients and/or insurance carriers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proof of enrollment in or completion of a post-secondary or vocational program may also be accepted.
  • At least 3 months of previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are also desirable.

  • Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.
