About the role
- The Patient Access Representatives are primarily responsible for completing an efficient and organized check in for the patients; ensuring throughput and customer service are top priorities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patients and/or insurance carriers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proof of enrollment in or completion of a post-secondary or vocational program may also be accepted.
- At least 3 months of previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills are also desirable.

- Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time.
- Lifting at least 50 pounds is required.
