About the role
- You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into financial models, evaluate key bets, and ensure we are investing behind the highest-impact opportunities.

Responsibilities
- We already support patients across more than 80% of ZIP codes and partner with 5 of the 10 largest biopharma companies in the world.
- We raised $160M+ from leading investors to build an exceptional team and unlock the full scale of the opportunity.
- Build and own financial models that shape how Forus plans, forecasts, and makes high-stakes decisions
- Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to define unit economics and evaluate where we should invest to drive the most impact
- Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support decisions around pricing, market expansion, hiring, and capital allocation
- Help design and evolve how the company operates, including planning cadence, resource allocation, and financial discipline as we scale
- Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
- Strong financial modeling skills - you are comfortable building from scratch and pressure-testing assumptions
