About the role
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders while following the Coretek prescribed best practices approach to delivering projects in both commercial and CMMC environments.

- The Senior Microsoft Consultant will provide expertise across the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack of applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 E5 productivity, security, and endpoint management capabilities.
- This role is responsible for leading client-facing consulting engagements that span collaboration, device management, and security transformation.
- Establish governance for collaboration, external sharing, and data lifecycle management.
- Configure device compliance policies, endpoint security controls, and Conditional Access integration with device state.
- Assess client security infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend Coretek services to address gaps.
- Follow Coretek implementation plans and QC guides when working on projects, contributing feedback and continuous improvement to the process.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT staff on Microsoft technologies and best practices.
