About the role
- Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) to provide high-quality counseling services and clinical supervision to licensed and associate counselors.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Experience providing clinical supervision to LPC-Associate or LPC candidates.
- Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standards.
Nice to have
- Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care).
- Experience with telehealth service delivery.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish-English) are a plus.
