About the role

  • We are looking for a Store Director to join our team for our new store opening in Bal Harbour.
  • The KHAITE Store Director is responsible for overall management of the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clear and effective store organization (by support functions and product categories)
  • Ensure that key documents are kept in store
  • Manage planning of paid holidays, absences and report accordingly
  • Drive sales to meet or exceed sales budgets
  • Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser

Requirements

  • Coach and develop the team to maintain the highest degree of customer service
  • Cycle/Physical inventory requirements must be met
  • 10+ years in store management experience
  • The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.

Compensation

  • Evaluate individual staff performance through the annual and mid-annual review process
