About the role
- We are looking for a Store Director to join our team for our new store opening in Bal Harbour.
- The KHAITE Store Director is responsible for overall management of the store, staff, merchandise, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clear and effective store organization (by support functions and product categories)
- Ensure that key documents are kept in store
- Manage planning of paid holidays, absences and report accordingly
- Drive sales to meet or exceed sales budgets
- Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser

Requirements
- Coach and develop the team to maintain the highest degree of customer service
- Cycle/Physical inventory requirements must be met
- 10+ years in store management experience
- The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.

- Education/Experience:
- 10+ years in store management experience; preferably in a luxury setting.
- Computer literate; learn and utilize various software packages
- College degree or equivalent.
Compensation
- Evaluate individual staff performance through the annual and mid-annual review process
