About the role
- DIRECTOR, TICKET SALES AND SERVICE (cAMPBELL UNIVERSITY) Buies Creek, North Carolina On-Site THE RUNDOWN Playfly Sports is looking for a Director, Ticket Sales to join our team at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
- This individual will be responsible for growing the organization's ticket sales revenue.

Nice to have
- Oversee new sales for the property, including season, partial plans and group ticket sales
- Prepare timely and accurate sales reports that monitor the progress of the ticket sales team both individually and collectively and ensure sales pacing goals are met
- Attend sales meetings with account executives
- Regularly measure the effectiveness of the organization's various sales campaigns and offerings and provide recommendations for further improvement when necessary
- Actively remain aware of best practices within our league and industry and provide ideas and insights to improve our ticket sales portfolio
- Other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration, Business, or related fields
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment industry and/or ticket sales

- Prepare and manage an annual ticket sales business plan
