- Handle light office management and day-to-day operational needs
Responsibilities
- Own complex calendar management and scheduling for the CEO and CTO across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage inbox triage and correspondence, ensuring priorities are surfaced and nothing slips through the cracks
- Support a variety of special projects and time-sensitive requests as they arise
- Act as a trusted partner, be proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Paraform is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CTO as we continue to scale.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
- This role is ideal for someone who has 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, thrives in fast-moving environments, and takes pride in making complex, high-stakes days run seamlessly.
