About the role

The Surgical Technologist is an integral member of the team, responsible for ensuring that operating rooms are well-prepared, procedures run smoothly, and patients receive safe and effective care.
This role involves setting up surgical equipment, assisting surgeons during procedures and maintaining a sterile environment to minimize the risk of infections.
Work Schedule: This is a f ull time position requiring 40 hours per week.

Surgical Services Set up and maintain a sterile field in the OR.
Perform other tasks in the OR as assigned by anesthesiologists or doctor in charge Clerical Monitor OR inventory of equipment and supplies, restock, and report deficiencies.
Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain standard logs.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology program Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and aseptic techniques.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
HS Diploma Ability to plan ahead of surgeons' needs.
Select and transport required operative setup to rooms for specific cases.

The salary for this position ranges from $ 4 0-$44/hr depending on experience, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
Participate in required annual OSHA education, bloodborne pathogen training, and MH Code Blue drills.
