Requirements
- A knack for balancing the details (costs, systems, P&L) with the big picture (brand, guest experience)
Nice to have
- Foodservice or culinary degree preferred (but not required)
Compensation
- 3+ years of leadership in high-volume hospitality ($1-2M annual sales)
- Competitive salary + quarterly performance bonuses
