About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team.
- This role will be responsible for managing cost accounting functions, analyzing manufacturing costs, and supporting financial planning and reporting.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cost analysis, inventory valuation, and financial reporting within a manufacturing or production environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the cost accounting system, including standard costing and cost allocations.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve cost efficiency and control.
- Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting and inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing accounting.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a global or multinational company.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
