You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple regions and contribute to the continued development of a collaborative and internationally connected legal function.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or political science required.
Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association Membership with good standing in at least one U.S. State Bar is required.

Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to translate and/or convey complex legal concepts clearly to executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and provide legal advice that aligns with the organization's long-term goals, which requires forward-thinking, in anticipation of legal issues and provide active solutions.
Strong business acumen with a high degree of self-motivation, and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, and prior experience/knowledge in AI-powered productivity tools and software is preferred.
Experience in a global environment preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% is required, both domestically and internationally.
