About the role
- Ascom US is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Morrisville, NC team part time.
- This position will be 20 hours a week in our Morrisville office.
- What we expect you to do for us: Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to business units and functions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the organization's goals and mitigating legal risks.

Requirements
- University degree (Master of Law or equal) Bar Admission 6-10 years experience, preferably in an international company in the ICT sector or in an international commercial law firm

- Ability to effectively use applications like Word, Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks to protect the organization.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal advice.
