Nice to have

  • Strong project management skills, setting and executing against deadlines and delivering on commitments
  • Thorough understanding of the commercialization of biopharmaceuticals, including brand management, sales planning and execution, market access, and regulatory environments
  • Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders across commercial and internal functions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • BA/BS is required.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $190,500 to $275,000.
  • The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.
  • Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills.
  • This job is eligible to participate in our incentive compensation program as well as our long-term incentives program.

  • Job Description:
  • The Director, Value and Access, Marketing & Strategy will be aligned to the Neuroscience Business Unit and has accountability for developing, refining and executing innovative, integrated programs across various channels at the time of launches and beyond to drive sustained brand growth.
  • Key components of this role will include value proposition development, creation of Value & Access (V&A) marketing materials, agency management, budget management, competitive strategy, annual business and strategic plans, quarterly business reviews with executive leadership, message development and execution.
  • It will require collaboration with V&A partners, vendors and agencies to ensure strategies and tactics are well integrated across brand campaigns and meet brand priorities.
  • The role will also lead V&A Enterprise Marketing, driving consistency with both internal and external stakeholders.
