About the role
- The Luxembourg Fund Monitoring Analyst is the primary liaison for MIL Boston, MIL Europe, and the Transfer Agent on all operational and service-related issues.
- Following established procedures, communicates with dealers, bankers, wholesalers and sales desk representatives to identify and address service issues.
- Uses discretion and judgment to make recommendations concerning processing and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Interacts internally and with vendors to develop, update and implement procedural enhancements.
- Manage escalations from various departments within MIL, including global offices in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
- Manages client complaints and ensures resolution in accordance with regulations and policy.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Minimum of two- three years' Operations experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate work with others, internal and external, required.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- $55,500.00 - $80,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
