About the role

The Luxembourg Fund Monitoring Analyst is the primary liaison for MIL Boston, MIL Europe, and the Transfer Agent on all operational and service-related issues.
Following established procedures, communicates with dealers, bankers, wholesalers and sales desk representatives to identify and address service issues.
Uses discretion and judgment to make recommendations concerning processing and issue resolution.

Interacts internally and with vendors to develop, update and implement procedural enhancements.
Manage escalations from various departments within MIL, including global offices in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Manages client complaints and ensures resolution in accordance with regulations and policy.

Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
Minimum of two- three years' Operations experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate work with others, internal and external, required.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
$55,500.00 - $80,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
