About the role
- This role is pivotal in shaping the game's strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a cross-functional team to ensure long-term success.
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the game's roadmap, live operations, and player engagement strategies while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee P&L, monetization strategies, and live operations to drive growth and player retention.
- Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to execute the game's roadmap.
- Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to optimize game features, content updates, and engagement strategies.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities, business goals, and execution plans.

Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and scaling successful mobile game titles.
- Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, analytics, and player engagement strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, live-service environment.
- Experience leading successful game production, live operations, and/or game design teams within mobile gaming.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
