Responsibilities
- Drives future expedition revenue by inspiring guests to reserve their next voyage while onboard.
- Builds authentic guest relationships through social hosting: dining, tours, and casual interactions that reflect Atlas' relaxed-luxury culture.
- Collaborates closely with the Expedition and Hotel teams to maintain brand consistency and elevate guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a polished, guest-focused demeanor in dynamic environments.
Requirements
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the Atlas fleet, itineraries, and onboard product to accurately answer guest questions and close sales.

Nice to have
- Coordinates all onboard sales activity with the shoreside reservations and marketing teams to ensure accurate documentation and seamless guest follow-up.
- Acts as an Atlas brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in luxury or expedition cruise sales, travel consulting, or hospitality.
- Superior communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Passion for travel, exploration, and guest engagement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- multilingual abilities are a plus.
