About the role
- Composite Operators are cross-trained across several production areas, giving you the opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills while supporting production needs across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Prepare molds and materials for composite production processes Trim, laminate, assemble, and finish composite parts Read route cards and follow production specifications Use gauges, fixtures, and measurement tools to ensure product quality Inspect parts throughout the production process and identify defects Maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in production Follow all safety and quality procedures
- The Composite Operator works with advanced composite materials and support multiple production processes to ensure high-quality products meet customer specifications.

Requirements
- Hours Mon - Thurs, 3:00 am to 1:30 pm or 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, OT as required.
Compensation
- We offer competitive wages with potential increases at 6 months, 1 year and annually thereafter.
