About the role
- He/she should be responsible to ensure high-quality delivery across complex platforms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all testing activities for all the projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
- Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for the project.
- Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement
- Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, and coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams, business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-8 Years of experience
Nice to have
- SAP/ERP/Sales Force implementations.
- Automation exposure
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a Senior level capacity and willing to excel in testing practice.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Skills
- Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must Have:
- Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
- Leading testers in some capacity on daily basis.
- Scrum/Agile and Waterfall exposure.
