Responsibilities

  • Own the legal lifecycle of our US entities, managing board materials and reporting directly to the US CEO.
  • Directly manage claims and intellectual property matters, coordinating with specialized outside counsel only when necessary.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree with a license to practice law in NY required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a general corporate legal practice, with a heavy emphasis on Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.

Compensation

  • $275,000 - $300,000 USD
