About the role

Your primary focus will be supporting the global Cash Management business.
You should also welcome working as part of a highly collaborative and international team.

Assist with structuring new business transactions and new product offerings and endeavor to provide legal support without significant reliance on outside counsel
Collaborate with strategic partners in various departments, seeking guidance and input from colleagues throughout the organization to ensure solutions balance the Bank's risk framework with the Corporate Bank business needs
Collaborate with colleagues globally in the Bank's Legal Department, Technology Data & Innovation (TDI) function and other infrastructure functions
Work autonomously with various structuring groups to structure transactions that achieve internal and/or client objectives and manage multiple transactions on accelerated schedules
Ability to collaborate, cooperate and work well with others in a supportive and respectful manner

How You'll Lead

Must possess strong communication and drafting skills and demonstrate experience in risk identification and analysis
JD and at least one state bar admission (active and good standing). Florida or NY preferred but will consider other locations
Prior in-house in or law firm experience with financial services is a plus
Ability to handle and strategically prioritize numerous projects and tasks
Experience operating in a fast-paced business environment

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $275,500.
Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
