About the role

Engine is looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Travel Partnerships to help lead and scale the supply side of our travel ecosystem.
This role is focused on building deep, long-term partnerships with major lodging providers, hospitality groups, and key platform and technology partners - unlocking differentiated access, supporting international growth, and enabling supplier-facing capabilities on the Engine platform. Think of it as the work of building the network that makes Engine's travel experience genuinely best-in-class.
You will operate as a senior leader working across Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Finance - and as a primary external face of Engine in high-stakes, executive-level partner relationships. You'll help shape how Engine shows up as both a powerful distribution channel and a modern technology partner for the suppliers on our platform.

Lead and grow Engine's strategic travel supply partnerships across lodging providers, hospitality groups, and key platform partners
Serve as a senior external representative of Engine in complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships - including C-suite and executive-level engagement
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Engine's growth objectives and customer experience goals
Work closely with Product and Engineering to inform supplier-facing capabilities, integrations, and workflows - translating partner needs into platform opportunities
Shape Engine's positioning as a technology and platform partner, enabling new capabilities and deeper integrations over time
Build scalable operating approaches for partner engagement, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Comfort engaging on platform- and technology-adjacent topics (integrations, workflows, enablement models) without needing to own the product roadmap

10+ years of experience leading complex, high-impact partnerships - in travel, hospitality, enterprise SaaS, fintech, marketplaces or other platform-driven businesses
A proven track record structuring and scaling strategic partnerships that balance near-term growth with long-term trust, incentive alignment, and leverage
Strong commercial judgment: you can evaluate complex tradeoffs and make sound decisions under ambiguity

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
$191,500 - $265,000 USD
